1. General Terms
• All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once the required booking fee/deposit has been paid and written confirmation has been provided.
• The booking fee is deductible from the final balance but is non-refundable.
• Prices are provided in Pounds Sterling £
• We reserve the right to amend prices if suppliers increase costs or availability changes.
• We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time; the version in effect is the one active at the time of your booking fee payment.
2. Weddings
2.1 Booking & Deposit
• A non-refundable booking fee of 20% is required to secure your wedding date.
• No date is held without payment of the booking fee. You have 2 weeks from receiving my proposal to confirm your wedding date.
2.2 Payments
• The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days before the wedding date.
• Late payment may result in cancellation and retention of the booking fee.
• Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer
2.3 Changes to Orders
• Minor changes may be possible up to 6 weeks before the wedding.
• Major redesigns may incur additional charges.
• Once the quote has been accepted you cannot reduce the total cost of the wedding by more than 20%.
2.4 Cancellations
• The booking fee is always non-refundable.
• Cancellations within 6 weeks of the wedding day, up to 100% of the invoice will be charged.
Cancellations 3-6 months before the wedding date, 50% of the total invoice is payable
• Any flower materials already ordered will be charged in full.
3. Funerals
3.1 Booking & Deposit
• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of ordering.
• Orders are only confirmed once payment is received.
3.2 Payments
• The remaining balance is due 2 days before delivery.
• Late or missing payment may result in cancellation.
3.3 Changes to Orders
• Changes must be made no later than 7 days before delivery.
• Design changes may not be possible close to the event.
3.4 Cancellations
• Booking fees are non-refundable.
• Cancellations after flowers have been ordered: full invoice payable.
4. Seasonal Styling & Workshops
4.1 Booking & Deposit
• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking.
• No date is reserved without the deposit.
4.2 Payments
• The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.
• Late payment may result in cancellation.
4.3 Changes & Transfers
• Date changes may be permitted subject to availability.
• Order reductions may not be accepted within 6 weeks of the event.
4.4 Cancellations
• Booking fees are always non-refundable.
5. Flower Availability & Substitutions
• Natural materials vary depending on season and supply.
• We reserve the right to substitute flowers with equal or higher value stems.
• Colour palette, design and style will be honored.
6. Delivery, Setup & Collection
• Delivery and setup fees may apply based on distance and complexity, these will all be detailed in the quote.
• The client is responsible for ensuring venue access at agreed times.
• We are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or restricted access.
• Hired items must be returned or collected as agreed.
7. Hire Items & Breakages
• Hired items remain the property of Borrowed From Nature.
• The client is responsible for all items until collection.
• Lost or damaged items will be charged at full replacement value.
8. Photography & Social Media
• Borrowed from Nature reserves the right to use photos of floral designs in marketing and social media.
• No identifiable client images will be used without permission.
• Clients may opt out by notifying us in writing.
9. Liability
• We are not liable for failure to deliver services due to events beyond our control.
• We will make reasonable efforts to find alternative solutions if required.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client.

By paying the booking fee, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
